ABOUT

Founded by childhood friends, Andy Park and Forrest Eleazer, Park & Eleazer Construction (PEC) is an award winning, regionally recognized construction management firm located in Clearwater, Florida. After working for a number of years at other construction and development companies, Andy and Forrest had a strong desire to form a new type of construction company that valued people and the communities they inhabit. From the beginning, Park & Eleazer’s commitment has been to help our clients achieve their goals while adding value and positively affecting our employees, subcontractors and local communities.

MISSION

Park & Eleazer Construction is a construction company dedicated to positively impacting every life interacted with from our employees and subcontractors to our clients and the public in general. We accomplish this in three main ways: Investing in people by providing a positive work environment for our employees and caring for them and their family as an extension of our own, building with a devotion to excellence and integrity as if the client’s project were our own, and using our business to add value to the community through the investment of our time and money. We live where we work and we are as dedicated to growing and improving our community as we are to developing our business.
