ABOUT PARK & ELEAZER

Park & Eleazer Construction is a Florida-based commercial construction management firm founded in 2010 by Andy Park and Forrest Eleazer. What began as a shared vision between two friends has grown into a team of more than 100 people managing projects across nine states with $240M in annual revenue.

We build across seven market sectors that touch nearly every corner of the built environment — from affordable housing and healthcare facilities to automotive dealerships, grocery anchors, and self-storage. But what really defines P&E isn’t the type of work we do. It’s the way we do it.

Our internship program is built around developing meaningful relationships and partnering with each intern to grow not only their technical knowledge and understanding of the construction industry, but also their communication, soft skills, and leadership abilities. Our goal is for every intern to be positively impacted by our program and better prepared to contribute, lead, and grow into the next generation of industry professionals.

The Internship Program

Build Real Experience

From day one, you’ll contribute to active construction projects alongside our project management, estimating, field operations, and accounting teams.

You’ll gain experience across sectors including residential, retail, healthcare, automotive, commercial, self-storage, and community projects.

A Structured Summer

Set goals, receive mentorship, join hands-on training and site experiences, and finish the summer by presenting what you’ve accomplished.

Choose Your Track

Field Operations
Develop practical skills in site management, safety, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.

Project Management & Pre-Construction
Gain experience with estimating, budgets, contracts, scheduling, document control, and client coordination.

Each year, our ‘Love Your Neighbor’ campaign nominates individuals and organizations creating positive change in the face of significant challenges. We support them through monetary donations and pro-bono construction services.
