HOW IT WORKS

Complete the form below with as much detail as you can, and attach photos of the condition if possible. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your warranty request number, and a member of the P&E team will follow up to schedule a review.

Emergency conditions: for fire, gas leaks, active flooding, electrical hazards, or other immediate life-safety concerns, contact the appropriate emergency service or your building representative first. Submit the condition here as soon as practical once the immediate risk is addressed.
